Jeb Hutton

Jeb has over 25 years of financial consulting, investment and executive management, and private investing experience.

He spent 15 years as a senior manager and consultant in litigation support, providing financial expertise through tracing and characterization, forensic accounting and commercial damages claims for various estates, corporations, and business entities.

In addition, he served as interim CFO for a portfolio company, where he was responsible for managing the finance/accounting department, tracking cash flow and financial planning, providing financial strategy recommendations to the CEO, financial modeling, and working alongside the executive team to raise growth capital.

Jeb also worked as an analyst for S-1 Venture Partners, a private equity firm specializing in seed funding and early-stage investment. In addition to his start-up experience, he worked with J.P. Morgan and Arthur Andersen as an analyst focused on M&A, corporate restructuring, and equity research.
