Industry Specialties: Individuals can be either industry specialists or generalists.

Expertise: Experienced investment bankers, private equity investors, commercial bankers, M&A attorneys, wealth management professionals, exit planning consultants, management consultants with transaction experience, or executives and entrepreneurs with transactions experience

Where: This is a remote position. Live and work anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: All positions at Waypoint Private Capital are commission-based, directly tied to the successful completion of M&A transactions. This structure offers a highly rewarding opportunity, aligning your success with the firm’s success. Our collaborative environment and extensive resources support you in achieving outstanding results, with significant earning potential based on each deal.
