Bunker Sessions – Bunker is a Director of Waypoint Private Capital and brings 25 years of experience as an entrepreneurial business executive with a proven track record in startup ventures, business management, business development, strategy implementation and organizational leadership. As a consultant to the financial services industry he has helped banks evaluate individual troubled loan assets and develop lending and risk mitigation strategies. Prior to this he has held positions as president of several start-up companies, consulted for mid-sized oil and gas companies and has held positions as divisional GM and Director of Business Development for The Williams Companies, a Fortune 50 Telecommunications Company. Kathleen Harris – Kathleen leads Waypoint’s Healthcare Services Group and has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Her career has focused on creating value through revenue growth and margin expansion for businesses that serve the healthcare industry with unique technologies and business process outsourcing solutions. She brings to Waypoint an expertise in strategy, business development, marketing, and customer service and a special interest in start-ups, turnarounds, and roll-ups. Gregg Macaluso - Gregg’s primary expertise in supply chain management focuses on creating innovative supply chain solutions for Fortune 1000 clients and businesses. Gregg was formerly Director of Strategic Sourcing for a $6B engineering design and construction company, as a VP for UPS Supply Chain Solutions designing logistics and network design strategies for manufacturing and distribution clients in the US, Europe, and the Pacific Rim. His consulting experience includes stints with Ernst & Young, Coopers & Lybrand, and Arthur Andersen. Gregg is also an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business teaching supply chain management and process design for MBA’s and undergraduates. Email
Brandon Lamb - Brandon is a Director of the Waypoint Real Estate group and brings over 10 years of experience in investment sales, financial advisory and commercial banking with firms including A.G. Edwards & Sons, J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of America. Prior to joining Waypoint, Brandon was with Stan Johnson Company, a national commercial real estate investment firm ranked by Commercial Property News as one of the country’s top three real estate investment brokerage firms specializing in the net lease industry. Brandon earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance & International Business from Oklahoma City University and a BBA in Marketing & Management from Evangel University. He is a member of the Tulsa Chapter of NAIOP and holds an Oklahoma real estate license. Email Evans Rector - Evans brings 30 years of commercial banking experience along with 5 years of transactional funding via debt, equity, mezzanine, and conduit sources in the commercial real estate, marina, and energy sectors. Evans is highly experienced in deal analysis and presentation, and has developed strong networks in the vertical markets in which he operates. Since 2004 he has been involved in commercial real estate transactions aggregating approximately half a billion dollars in senior secured debt, equity and mezzanine capital. Email Advisory Board Randy Laney – Randy is the Chairman of the Advisory Board for Waypoint Private Capital, Inc. and brings deep operational expertise and financial structuring experience as a result of a several year career in senior roles at some of the countries largest organizations. Currently, Randy is Chairman of the Board of The Empire District Electric Company, a private investor and through his firm, Laney Advisory, assists select client groups with strategy and capital requirements. Randy spent 23 years with Wal-Mart, as Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President of Finance, Benefits, and Risk Management, Director of Finance, Corporate Counsel, and in other roles. He also served as President, CEO and Chairman for Rally’s Hamburgers, a 600-unit restaurant public chain, and as Executive Vice President and CAO for FLAGSTAR, a KKR-controlled, $3 billion public restaurant company. Randy is the founder of Mercari Technologies, Inc., a merchandise optimization solutions company, which he led as CEO and Chairman. Most recently, Randy was the Vice Chairman of the InvestLinc Group and President of the Private Equity division at InvestLinc Private Capital, LLC. Prior to InvestLinc, Randy founded Bentonville Associates, a targeted private investment and services firm that engaged in strategic advisory work and investment activities, through board seats and capital advising services. Bentonville Associates is an outgrowth of Bentonville Associates Ventures, an investment company focusing on consumer product companies and retailers, which Randy also founded. Both entities merged with InvestLinc in 2003. Randy holds a J.D. and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
Randy Meier - Randy is a member of the Waypoint Advisory Board, bringing 30 years of entrepreneurship, business operations, and business development. Randy is currently President and CEO of Canvas Corp. and Outdoor Water Solutions, Inc., and Signed Sealed & Delivered, companies operating in the manufacturing, distribution and retail markets. Prior to selling the company in 2004, Randy and Christine owned and operated a 400 employee manufacturing and distribution business in the crafts industry. Randy graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in accounting, and is a CPA having began his career with Coopers & Lybrand. |
